We strive to deliver what we promise, in case any of our customers are not satisfied with the services we offer following are the conditions for exchanging of products or cash refunds.

Terms for Exchange of Items:

1. In case of a damaged, faulty or impaired, customer will receive an exchanged product alongside shipping amount (if previously applied).
2. Request for an exchange can be valid within 2 days of the delivery of an item.
3. There will be no exchange if any of the above clauses are not applicable.

Terms for Refund:

1. Refund will be made as per our prior agreement and instructions.
2. Online payments will be refunded only if the products are not dispatched or delivered from our side.
3. Refund claims for unopened packages will be made with the shipping costs for delivery of the package to be made by the customer himself/herself.
